Our customer

Our client is an American-owned international company with offices around the world, including Sweden. The company offers solutions for its partners in technical support, customer service and consulting services, and have over 2000 international employees working in over 10 offices in Northern Europe.

The Role

As a customer support representative, you will be responding to phone calls and replying to emails, helping our customers with our services. The services are related to the automotive industry, but you will not need to know much about cars to offer excellent customer service. You will get to know our services and help our customers to book test drives and assist with other available information.

Your profile

• Customer Support experience (preferred)
• High soft skills
• Native or fluent knowledge of the Danish language
• Good English skills (no need to speak Swedish!)
• Enjoy communication with customers over the phone and e-mail
• Want to find solutions with the customer
