Job description:
CS Specialist:
In this role you will:
● Support our customer you will be the frontline of our bank to the Italian
speaking market. Working across multiple channels (live chat, email, phone)
to give our customers a best in class experience. However you are not just
the first layer of support, but the first layer of protection. Preventing fraud,
protecting data and safeguarding our customers are also key facets of this
role.
● Improve our product no one knows the customer better than you - so you’ll
also be key in relating customer feedback internally. Your feedback will have
a direct impact on the way we deliver a product and service that our
customer loves.
● As we grow across European markets, we are looking for native speakers to
help improve our user experience in each country. As one of our Italian facing specialists, you’re an
ambassador of our product there.
What you’ll need:
● Experience in customer service or customer facing roles preferred
● Experience with CRM tools preferred
● Full time availability (40 hours per week)
● Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
● Ability to work under stressful and testing situations with customers
● Native level fluency in French and business English in both written and
verbal communications required
● Can do attitude, willingness to learn and reliability are essential to your
success in this role!
Card Operations (Biz ops):
The Card Operations (chargebacks) team within Banking Operations are hiring
Banking Operations - Card Operations Analysts. We would like to offer the
opportunity to anyone with an interest in our team within N26 to apply!
1. About the role, you will…
● Join the Global Card Operations team as a Card Operations Analyst
● You will review and investigate customer initiated card disputes
(unauthorised and authorised)
● File Card Disputes with either Visa or MasterCard
● Have the opportunity to learn both MasterCard and Visa chargeback

2. You should…
● Speak native Italian (C2) and English (C1)
● Have been working in Customer Service previously
● Have an understanding of/interest in the MasterCard/Visa Chargeback
process
● Be an ambitious and committed individual who will bring a desire to learn
and improve your current knowledge as well as a desire to drive the
improvement and optimisation of our processes
● Be comfortable in a highly driven team and working with a substantial
degree of autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
● Be familiar with Salesforce & Dash
It would be great if you have (not required, but a definite plus!
● Experience with or knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
● Experience with or knowledge of SQL
● Previous relevant banking experience
● Previous experience in Card Disputes handling, either MasterCard or Visa
