Role and responsibility

The role involves managing and responding to incoming phone calls and email requests in a call center environment and offering a high level of professionalism and customer service for a world-leading brand.

Requirements for applying for the position

 Excellent knowledge of both Swedish and English (written and verbal skills

Good Computer skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently

Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Flexible to work on weekends, evenings or on public holidays

Available to move with a few weeks' notice to Athens
