ITALIAN SPEAKING TECH SALES OPERATIONS MANAGER - MILAN
Our client is looking for a Tech Sales Operations Manager that will work with a large cross-functional team alongside one of Italy’s main telecommunications companies. The goal of the Operations Manager will be to support the execution of the partnership across multiple workstreams, in collaboration with the partner management team and the partner itself.
Daily activities will include management of programs such as: investment allocation and tracking, contractual enablement in collaboration with legal POCs, performance reporting across KPIs, partnership issue resolution, stakeholder management, and others
Responsibilities:
Forge trusted professional relationships with the partner management team members and the telco partner stakeholders
Work with cross-functional teams including Legal, Partner Management, Marketing, and other functional teams (e.g. Sales, Engineering) involved in the partnership, connecting the dots and enabling faster decision making and execution
Support governance processes and executive reviews with data and insights
Manage investment budget allocation and tracking
Liaise with partner managers and legal experts and partner side to facilitate contractual expansion of the partnership
Applying problem solving skills to remove partnership blockers
Support reporting on business performance against a predefined set of KPIs
Requirements:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
Ability to speak and write in Italian and English fluently
5+ years of experience in program/project management or operations, including managing multiple work streams at the same time
Experience working in a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team
Previous experience in the Telecommunications industry is highly desirable.
