One of our established iGaming operator clients are hiring a Spanish speaking Sports Product Manager who will be responsible for the Sports player experience online. You will work closely with other product managers on the product development portfolio and roadmaps and set the direction for the Sports product by working closely with the CRM, Support, and development teams to maximise customer benefits and return on product development investment. You will represent market demand, customer preferences and business stakeholder interests in strategic planning and development of solutions in your area.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver industry leading products, propositions and solutions that delight their sports customers and empower teams to work efficiently and effectively
- Manage the production and execution of engaging acquisition and retention promotions, and ensure they are communicated to customers effectively
- Collaborate on loyalty and rewards programs, as well as multichannel opportunities within the retail business teams
- Own the product development portfolio and roadmap with well-defined initiatives for sports player experience, responsible for optimizing return on product development investment
- Conduct competitor research, identifying opportunities and risks
- Encourage a customer centric culture of innovation focused on adding customer and business value to their products and services
- Work closely with the leadership team to define the product vision and design winning product strategies
- Define, communicate and measure KPIs for product performance in your area of gaming verticals
- Work closely with key stakeholders to understand venture partnerships, brand strategies and customer segments to ensure consistency and ensure that the platform economy of scale is balanced with brand differentiation
- Work closely with business intelligence, research and product design teams to discover, prototype, test and learn to inform product development
- Provide the overall direction for all phases of the product development life-cycle
- Participate in product discovery to identify and mitigate risks and validate assumptions
- Ensure compliance with regulators, privacy and responsible gaming protocols
- Provide clear communication and visibility for the wider stakeholder group to keep them informed on the performance of their products and progress on new development
- Plan and coordinate go-to-market strategies and execution with marketing, operations and development teams with clear communication surrounding their product releases
Responsibilities:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- 3+ years experience in a product owner / management role or equivalent within the online casino, sports, poker or other real money gaming industry
- Knowledge or experience in the Spanish market
- Previous experience and good understanding of lean and agile product development
- Proven experience with methods to understand and improve the customer experiences
- Experience building excellent relationships and communicating with external suppliers
- Strong communication and presentation skills with experience from communicating with senior stakeholders as well as multi-disciplinary product development teams
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach to your work
- Ability to see the 'big picture,' evaluate the business impact of issues and prioritise various requests
