Key Responsibilities
RNP Team Lead will be responsible for establishing a new team within sales & retention call center
RNP Team Lead will be in charge of carrying out outbound sales / to potential leads from customers which reg on site, but didn’t played, first by himself, then by leading a team
RNP Team Lead will call and convert leads for the first 4 months to achieve ROI positive and personal targets set (Hands on Sales Management Position)
Upon proven ability to generate and sustain personal targets for the first 3 months, the designated person, will be in charge of building a team of 2-4 sales agents
Recruit, mentor, train and support salespersons to your team and help them reach their targets
Working to revenue targets and KPI’s as set by the Sales & Retention Call Center Manager.
Requirements:
Fluency in English.
Fluent level of Spanish, French and Russian would be considered an asset
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong will to succeed
2 Year+ experience in cold calling conversions
2 Years Relevant industry background gained from a Following industries:
Forex / binary options / gaming /online sales and/or telemarketing/ real estate / timeshare
Proven track record of establishing sales teams of 5 agents at least and hitting sales targets.
Good presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage to high-level goals to reach personal and team targets
Excellent communication skills (verbal + written)
Team player attitude
A degree in business studies would be an advantage
