Our client, a well known travel company is seeking to expand their team in Malta. They are looking for an Accounts Clerk who will be responsible for the general office administration and processing of day to day accounting entries.
Responsibilities
• Processing invoices in accounting system
• Preparing and processing payments to suppliers
• Posting of bank entries and bank reconciliations
• Maintaining the office petty cash
• Filing documents relating to Finance
• Booking and handling of couriers and mail
• Ordering stationery and all other office supplies
• Payroll and HR assistance
• Assisting with any other office and administration duties as may be required
Requirements
• Minimum ‘O’ level pass in Account
• Great communication skills in English
• Ability to co-operate with colleagues from various departments
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of MS Office software
