Our Client is a reputable and establish group of companies which operates in the Corporate fields, specialising in company incorporation and maintenance, corporate structures, mergers and acquisitions, residence-by-investment, citizenship-by-investment and trusts.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up of companies, preparation and submission of statutory filings as well as performing other statutory obligations as is required;
• Opening / closure of bank accounts and liaising with various banks daily;
• Maintaining company registers;
• Co-coordinating and handling day-to-day client requests in relation to their companies;
• Attending corporate client meetings and keeping of minutes of board meetings and preparing company resolutions;
• Collection and verification of due diligence conducted as part of our know-your-client procedures
• Managing the onboarding process
• Preparing documents in relation to transactions such as minutes and resolutions
• Preparing and filing of statutory forms and report in timely manner
• Be responsible to drive a number of internal project and stay updates on corporate developments which will have a direct impact on department and operations
• Reviewing the work and mentoring a Junior Team Member

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
• In possession of a relevant qualification
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools
• Able to delegate duties to the corporate team
• Fluent in English
• Other language such as Italian, is considered as a plus
• Meticulous and motivated
• Excellent organisational skills with good time management skills
