Our Client For sports fans all around the world, DAZN is a subscription sports streaming service owned by Perform Group. The service carries live and on-demand streaming of events from various properties through personal computers, as well as mobile apps on Android and iOS, digital media players and smart TVs, and video game consoles. Currently DAZN holds sports rights in the following countries: Italy, Spain, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, USA, Canada and Japan.

Primary Responsibilities:

To respond to a wide variety of customer contacts by email and social media (Facebook and Twitter);

To listen carefully to customer expressed needs and to show understanding of them;

Clarifying the payment methods and problems;

Follow- up and documentation customer concerns in the database;

Record and support technical malfunction;

To inform about current tariffs;

To ensure escalation processes.
