An international tech company is seeking to recruit a Sales Operations Coordinator to join their dynamic team. If you have a passion for IT and Security and have an affinity for being a mentor within a fast-paced sales environment, then we want to hear from you!
What is expected of you?
- General sales floor operational functions.
- Report requirements to analyse Sales Team KPIs / metrics
- Create and maintain a global sales lead allocation process
- Provide recommendations and act based on strategic objectives on forecast or performance metrics
- Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies, and relevant sales training materials
- Assist with onboarding new sales talent
- Work towards measurable sales targets with the Sales Team
- Work with Management and Finance to develop sales incentive programs, commission plans and maintaining these.
- Assist with Salesforce administration and project prioritisation
What are you expected to bring?
- An exceptional command of Microsoft Office with a special focus on Excel
- An excellent command of English, both verbal and written
- A general ability with SQL database queries will be considered a strong asset
- Salesforce CRM use/administration/management experience
- Able to work within a time-based work environment
- A passion for technology in general with an aptitude to learn about product and market
