Our client is currently looking to hire Head of CRM to join their successful sportsbook brand. Their CRMs are experts in the field of promotional campaigns and activities related to customer retention. Together with a team of specialists, your task will be to focus on the CRM aspects of customers, i.e. guide them from the first day on the website, through maintenance and possible reactivation using both tactical sports campaigns and adapted automatic campaigns.

Determining the development strategy of the department on the Polish market
Keeping and reactivating players through both open (global) and closed (segmented) tactical actions
Responsibility for acquisition bonuses (welcome packages)
Automation of CRM activities along with loyalty bonuses and various variants of the customer path
Supervision over the planning and execution of the above and their optimization
Campaign performance analysis, reporting the effectiveness of CRM activities to CMO
Managing a team of several people
Responsibility for the forecast and budget execution
Establishing, maintaining and developing partnerships with suppliers of tools and products for CRM
Close cooperation with other departments (mainly technology and product) in the field of tool integration and the introduction of new services, products and functionalities relevant to CRM
Strengthening acquisitions and conversions by building an appropriate customer path
Advice on CRM activities on foreign markets
The perfect candidate likes and knows his/her way around betting business, marketing and technology
Practical experience in results-oriented communication with clients and knowledge of best practices in the optimization and personalization of content, offers and channels
Experience with advanced Marketing Automation tools such as Optimove and other tools relevant to CRM activities is highly desirable
Practical knowledge of communication touchpoints (e.g. PM, mailing, SMS, push)
Very good knowledge of .xls
An interest in and knowledge of sports betting and its dynamics is highly desirable
Min 4 years of professional experience in a strategic CRM position within iGaming industry
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Very good analytical, organizational and prioritization skills
Both Polish and English language knowledge level is required.
