JUNIOR ONLINE RETENTION EXECUTIVE (FRENCH SPEAKING)
Updating & managing the Swiss web and mobile sites, including translations, copywriting and keeping the content newsworthy
Creating Promotions in the areas Sports Betting, Casino and other gaming products and managing the execution from start to finish and report accordingly
Ensuring that internal and external marketing promotions are managed effectively
Planning, scheduling, drafting and executing CRM campaigns with various Email, SMS and Tele-Marketing Tools
Contributing ideas and recommendations to the marketing team
Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with fellow copywriters, designers, customer support agents and other marketing staff and managers
Creating French Copy from scratch and / or based on editorial concepts.
Setting up and creating Email campaigns, SMS and Tele-Marketing Campaigns
Analysing Email, SMS and Tele-Marketing Campaign efforts
Maintaining the Social Media strategy
Min. 1 year of work experience in gaming or content
Excellent written French skills, German beneficial but no must
The ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced culture and innovative marketing team, but also able to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of core processes and principles. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
Native speaker French
Fluent in written/ spoken English
Basic HTML knowledge and interest in major Sports is a plus
