Job Description

A growing IT solutions provider is looking for a driven  Business Controller with a solid Financial Analysis background to join their international team in Tallinn.

Responsibilities:

  • Have responsibility for financial planning, monthly follow-up and reporting: analyzing, reviewing, understanding the variances in monthly financials, translating data into meaningful information for top management, preparation of executive summaries and presentations
  • Prepare, control and adjust budgets and forecasts in collaboration with respective teams: analyzing, reviewing, challenging budgets/mid-term financial, supporting preparation of executive summaries and presentations
  • Proactively support business units, producers, development projects and other stakeholders in how to interpret results, achieve accurate budgets and forecasting and challenge actions and areas in needed to reach financial targets
  • Monitor and develop KPIs and provide insight and direction to drive profitability and productivity
  • Develop and use data driven reports from analysis system tools
  • Do ad hoc analysis
  • Prepare reports, dashboards and financial analysis
  • KPI reporting, analysis and improvement process
  • Support periodical reporting, events and any comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics and design for consolidation, financial reporting and financial analysis processes

Requirements:

  • Academic degree within Finance or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in  Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, Financial Controller experience
  • Outstanding knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Quantitative and analytical business mindset is a must
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience from e-commerce / e-entertainment
  • Experience from product-, market and segment analysis
  • Knowledge of SQL
