Job Description

The Client
Our client, operating in B2B, which gives businesses the tools to build, launch, analyze, experiment and grow their products, is currently looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team in Malta.

Main Duties
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a high number of from attracting to sourcing talent, interviewing and assessing candidates, as well as conducting background checks and issuing offers of employment;
  • Develop, implement and maintain talent acquisition and sourcing strategies;
  • Source active and passive candidates for current vacancies and build pipelines and talent communities for future opportunities;
  • Screen incoming and on-file applicant resumes and assess for jobs and cultural fit;
  • Identify best channels for attracting talent and advertising job vacancies (e.g. professional associations, universities and colleges, social media, job boards, etc.);
  • Attend external recruitment events (e.g. campus fairs, career fairs and networking events) and participate as a company representative;
  • Prepare salary recommendation analyses and collaborate with the head office HR representatives on the development of new hire total rewards packages;
  • Generate employment offer letters and other related materials for distribution to applicants and hiring managers;
  • Maintain communication with applicants and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle;
  • Monitor and measure recruitment results against Key Performance Indicators.
  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience in Malta;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively;
  • A team player that can work in a collaborative environment;
  • You have demonstrated experience in filling a high number of roles with tight deadlines.;
  • Highly flexible with a good tolerance for ambiguity and time-driven deadlines;
  • Proven ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities;
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize time and workload to accomplish tasks and meet tight deadlines;
  • Excellent MS Office skills and experience working with Applicant
  • Tracking Systems (Salesforce);
  • Spoken and Written Maltese would be an asset
