Job Description

The Client
Our client, working in the Business Services Sector is looking for an Accounts Clerkto join their growing, dynamic team on a part-time basis

Main Duties
  • Assist in weekly bank deposits.
  • Help in Issuing of Sales invoices and send to clients.
  • Post supplier purchases invoices in the system.
  • Creditors reconciliations  & allocations.
  • Scan and file certain documentation where needed.
  • Any other tasks requested by the HOD.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an accounts department so as a front office clerk
  • Organised and able to take initiative when required
  • Able to work in a group and correspond with other departments
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

All candidates MUST be eligible to work in the EU
