What you’ll be

Our advisors provide best in class customer service by answering and resolving calls, live chat and e-mails to the highest standards.  Our site include bingo, slots, and casino games. 

Advisors are responsible for delivering an excellent frontline service to meet (and exceed) the needs and demands of players, and the objectives and targets of the business. 

As a Chat Host, you will provide memorable, first-class entertainment experiences for all of our valued Players. We depend on you making our sites a fun and exciting place to be! Your fun and engaging conversation will both inform and educate, injecting life into our Chat rooms. The best Chat Hosts are enthusiastic, sociable and easy-to-talk-to people!

This role impacts costs, revenues and brand equity and role demands flexibility and shift work.

What you’ll need to do

Providing the best in class to our players needs lots of work.  Your energy and passion will be put to good use, and the more you give, the more you’ll get in return.

  • Act as a first point of contact for players providing them with a best in class service.
  • Personally deliver a frontline service to players that meets (and exceeds) their expectations, whilst also resolving their queries/questions/enquiries at first point of contact.
  • Ensure that we provide a best in class gaming experience for each and every one of our players.
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with players, colleagues, Team Leaders and management to ensure delivery of business objectives and targets.
  • Manage all tasks in a timely and efficient manner, escalating where necessary to next level of management in line with escalation procedures.
  • Implement change initiatives and actively promote a positive culture within the Member Services operation.
  • Maintain a full working knowledge of all functions within the operation.
  • Collaborate with other departments on projects and attend relevant meetings at other locations as required.
  • Fun, friendly and entertaining - introduce personality to our chat rooms whilst being professional and delivering a best-in-class service to Players
  • Host promotions, quizzes and media games, in line with promotional schedules and targets
  • Engage new Players to the site, explain games, answer questions and ensure a welcoming environment
  • Deliver highly interactive, focused chat that caters for a wide range of audience demographics
  • Anticipate audience and business needs by constantly evaluating the chat environment for cues
  • Listen to Player opinions, suggestions and feedback - contribute to continuous improvement of our entertainment delivery
  • Promote free trial incentives and actively encourage Players to convert to depositing players
  • Ensure the site Terms and Conditions are followed by all Players
  • Deliver successful chat room promotions – increasing awareness and participation
  • Generate innovative entertainment ideas that will appeal to our audiences

Your experience and skills

  • Experience within online gambling industry, including slots, bingo and casino
  • Experience of handling Live Chat, email and telephone enquiries
  • Excellent customer handling skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Swedish and English
  • Excellent fact finding skills to resolve contacts at the first point of contact
  • Good PC skills
  • Fast and accurate typing

Basic betting knowledge would be an advantage
