We are on the lookout for an Asian Customer Advisor to join one of the leading online gaming company based in Gibraltar.
The role:
- Introduces themselves and the company in a positive manner- Assist customer queries and issues via e-mail, live chat and telephone- Assess individual issues and taking appropriate action to ensure customer needs are met- Remains assertive and polite when in dispute with the customer- Escalates any queries that are left unresolved or where the customer remains unhappy with the resolution to the right team
Your profile:
- Mandarin speaker at a native level with fluency in English- Ability to write and type simplified Chinese- Excellent Customer Service skills- Positive attitude and able to communicate effectively- Willing to work shifts
Attractive salary will be offer to the right person along with full relocation package. Priority is given to applicants with Right to Work in Europe however visa will be provided to the right candidate if needed.
