Job Description

Our client, a well established online gaming company, based in Gibraltar is looking for new customer orientated agent to join its dynamic team. You will be the first point of contact for our client's players and trained to deliver a truly exceptional, market-leading customer service experience for our client players across its full product range.

The role

- Handling all customer related queries via all contact channels (phone, chat and emails), such as game inquiries, support with deposits, cashing out of funds etc within specific service level agreements- Taking ownership of ongoing cases in order to ensure they are resolved with the absolute highest level of quality- Escalating any issues through correct procedures- Promoting and maximising retention- Assisting with the mentoring of new Customer Service Representatives as they join the team

Your profile


Excellent communication skills with excellent telephone manner


Native level spoken and written in Dutch or Flemish


Excellent knowledge of English


Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure


Problem analysis and problem-solving to escalate trends in issues quickly


Attention to detail and accuracy


A proactive team player
