Client Relationship Manager (CRM/SALES)
My Client is an exciting start up life insurance brokerage, who has the financial backing of an incredibly established wealth management company.
Due to expansion my client is looking for CRMs to help grow and expand the business. This isn’t your typical call centre Life Insurance Company, They want individuals who want a career and want to build lasting client relationships. Because this is an expanding firm with significant backing, there is also a clearly-defined career development plan for you, with the opportunity to progress into a range of interesting areas. Despite only working with UK-based clients, you will be working solely from Spain!
The CRM Agent is responsible for conducting a needs analysis for every client to ensure that the correct products are recommended. This will be through fact find, the product range is Life Insurance, Critical Illness cover, Income Protection, Key Man Insurance & Funeral Plans.
To be a successful CRM, you should provide excellent customer service by maintaining the existing client base and implementing measures to expand the customer base through active marketing. It requires a self-motivated individual who is able to manage their time effectively.
CRM Agent Main Responsibilities
Agent Requirements: The Ideal Candidate will have a good customer service background and ideally sales experience, although this doesn’t have to be within Life Insurance. They will also:
