We are currently on the lookout for a Corporate Office Assistant to join one of Malta’s most reputable groups. If you have experience in a similar role and advanced presentation and communication skills, Ceek would like to hear from you!
What is expected of you?
- Prepare business analysis and reports
- Attend meetings to keep minutes and ensuring follow up action.
- Prepare presentations using MS Powerpoint, MS Excel and other suitable software
- Prepare Board papers and reports;
- Monitor the organisations risk and compliance functions;
- Build positive and effective working relationships with various stakeholders.
What are you expected to bring?
- An academic qualification / degree in accounting, finance or similar
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role or an advisory role with a Corporate Services firm
- Effective use of Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
