We are currently on the lookout for a Corporate Office Assistant to join one of Malta’s most reputable groups. If you have experience in a similar role and advanced presentation and communication skills, Ceek would like to hear from you!

What is expected of you?

  • Prepare business analysis and reports
  • Attend meetings to keep minutes and ensuring follow up action.
  • Prepare presentations using MS Powerpoint, MS Excel and other suitable software
  • Prepare Board papers and reports;
  • Monitor the organisations risk and compliance functions;
  • Build positive and effective working relationships with various stakeholders.

What are you expected to bring?

  • An academic qualification / degree in accounting, finance or similar
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role or an advisory role with a Corporate Services firm
  • Effective use of Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
