Our client is looking to hire a qualified, hands on team manager, overseeing the day to day business of CS department in Malta, aligning with team leads and management and coordinating efforts with office in Cape town.
Responsibilities and Duties
Monitoring chats and performance of team members
Monitoring time keeping
Participation in recruitment process
Coaching and training for new starters
Leading by example
Strong interpersonal skills
Problem solving skills
Additional languages are a plus especially Nordic languages
Experience in CS and iGaming
