We are looking for German Technical Support Advisors to work for A well known American corporation which provides hardware (smart phone and tablets)/ software product services.
As the Technical Support Advisor, you will be:
-Maintaining client relationships through product support over the phone
-Providing customers with quotes and product knowledge
-Handling effectively all incoming incidents
-Gathering information from customers, troubleshoot technical issues
-Full-time (39hrs/week) and permanent contract
- Fixed salary and performance annual bonus
-Shifts: Monday-Sunday from 09:00 to 21:00 (rotative)
-Location: Barcelona Center
-Relocation Package provided

- German native level speaker with fluent English

- Analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability desired
- Ability to operate in high pressure situations
