✓ Organize and control the process for assisting to customers’ inquiries thrоugh ticketing system, chat, emails
✓ Monitor and analyze customers’ behaviour and making suggestions for constantly developing a better product
✓ Train and coach junior agents, organize shift coverage and smooth operation
