Due to its expansion and upcoming opening of a contact center in Sofia, a sportsbetting and casino provider with operations all around the globe is in the search of Chinese speaking customer support agents.
The agents will be responsible for assisting customers with their issues and questions, regarding general website usage, registration, login issues, deposit and withdrawal matters, odds in betting, types of games in casino sections and others.
The communication will be provided via chat and emails (no phone calls) and candidates are expected to have a fluent level of written Chinese as well as English on a, at least, working level.
Previous experience in customer service and/or service in a e-gaming or e-payment working environment will be considered as a serious advantage.
