Job Description

Our client – a global organization is looking for a driven and self-motivated Trainer who is native in Spanish, fluent in English and will be in charge of the professional training of call-center employees and will deliver training courses.

Main Duties:

  • Developing designing effective training programs and implementing training materials.
  • The goal is to promote efficiency and competitive advantage by developing the skills of personnel.
  • Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions.
  • Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
  • Monitor employee performance and response to training
  • The position includes travel of the company’s offices

Responsibilities:

  • 1+ years of experience working as a trainer
  • English high level
  • Second language – Spanish
  • Customer sales and service training experience – big advantage
  • Experience from call centers – big advantage
  • Experience from online/global companies – big advantage
  • Good communication, presentation and public speaking skills
  • Organisational and time management abilities
