We are looking for a Customer Support Back-Office – French Speaker to take care of all back-office operations and provide e-mail handling.
ABOUT OUR CLIENT
With a very strong presence in the online stock market in France, our client has diversified into brokerage and online banking. Aiming to provide a service of excellence, this year was considered the best in Customer Relations in the banking sector.
• Provide support on customers banking related queries primarily through e-mail (e.g. card plafond increases requests)
• Performing other tasks related to the banking activity according to the needs of the project
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies/procedures
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
• Native or Proficient level of French
• Excellent writings skills
• Excellent communication skills, coupled with a formal and diplomatic stance
• Previous experience in Financial/ Banking institutions counts as a plus
• Good organization, time management and scheduling skills
