Job Description

Location: Tallinn, Estonia

Brand new casino brand is looking for a driven Finnish speaking Head of Support to join their pre-launch team in Tallinn.

Expectations:

  • Fluency in English and Finnish mandatory, languages such as Swedish and Russian are considered as an advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience from igaming and customer support, minimum of 1 year of experience from leading a team.
  • Experience from support structures and how to manage them.
  • You are kind, emphatic, professional, modest and friendly.
  • Result driven and highly focused.
  • Hungry to learn more and ready to work to reach the set goals.

Tasks:

  • Ensure the highest level of service through the casino support function.
  • Help the players with enquiries via live chat and email.
  • Escalate any further issues to other stakeholders.
  • Ensure that responsible gambling is dealt with according to the legislation.
  • Analyse the performance of the support function and come up with solutions and ideas for improvement.
  • Recruitment and training of new starters.
  • Job can include other tasks according to the need of other casino functions, translations, content creation etc.
