Our client, an innovative, reputable and established online Casino are recruiting for a Customer Service Agent with a genuine passion for games. As part of the Customer Support team, you will act as a communication hub between our customers and the rest of the company, listening to players, acting as a customer voice in the business.
* You will be responsible for navigating the players through the brands sites, by providing industry leading support.
Providing assistance, advice, life hacks and small talk with the players through live chat and email
* Work in collaboration with other cross-functional teams such as: Responsible Gaming, AML, Payments, Loyalty
* Contribute fresh new ideas, giving constructive feedback to keep improving how we work and exercising your creativity
* Previous experience within customer related role
* Fluent German language skills
* Curious about gaming
* Quick on the keys with an optimistic mindset
Morning: 9 am - 5 pm
Middle: 1 pm - 9 pm
Late middle: 3 pm - 11 pm (this one is only used in rare cases)
Evening: 5 pm - 1 am
