Our client is looking for a Country Manager to be hands- on working to both retain our clients existing customers as well as increase their presence and expand exposure of the brands within Germany. Within this role you will be the go-to person for mostly anything related to this market working in close collaboration with our clients established brands as well as looking into increasing growth for others.
Implementing brand strategies and identity in Germany adapting offerings/campaigns/content
Plan/Coordinate and follow up media buying whilst evaluate the brand and competitors progress
Coordination of relationships across departments including CRM, campaign, product teams etc
Take lead on external activities in regards to VIP-treatment (actual send outs/events)
Take lead on affiliate negotiations when needed and assist departments in all matters towards our clients presence in Germany
Negotiations towards smaller and larger partners ensuring our clients budget is in balance and reaching targets set for this market
Proven track record and experience working within igaming within a similar position specifically focusing on German markets.
Native level of German and an excellent command of the English language
Experience coming from an online marketing background
Excellent organisational skills with time management being able to balance multiple projects simultaneously and prioritising accordingly
Impresssive analytical skills along with having a strong judgement based on the sound understanding of metrics & data.
Able to adapt to changes well and bring creativity & innovative thinking to new situations to the table.
Ability to deal with large, multi-phase projects so prioritisation & managing deadlines will be important.
