Our client, a start-up game provider within the iGaming industry located in Malta and are looking for a Marketing Coordinator, to join their growing team. They are looking for a driven, enthusiastic individual, who will be eager to help the company move forward, take the initiative where needed and be able to work well with others to achieve common goals.
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible to guarantee that all approved ideas and strategies are successfully completed within the set scope, time-frame, and budget. The selected candidate will also oversee that all stakeholders are kept informed throughout the process whilst working closely with the sales, account management and creative teams as well as with clients.
Project facilitation, i.e. having acquired a clear understanding of the expected concepts and goals of each project, to translate them and manage them effectively as well as efficiently throughout the life cycle
Creating and managing timelines, scope, and assignments for simultaneous projects of multiple internal clients, whilst also clearly defining the roles of the involved stakeholders
Collaboration, ensuring effective and efficient communications with all stakeholders involved
Managing relationships and providing relevant reporting to the parties
Detailed planning and execution of marketing campaigns across online and off-line channels and monitoring performance
Work closely with the creative team to ensure product campaigns are delivered and executed in accordance with the marketing communication plan and overall strategy
Coordinating and proofreading creative copy
Maintaining websites and social media accounts and looking at data analytics
Coordinating internal marketing and an organisation’s culture
Organising events and product exhibitions
Fluent verbal and written English language skills
1-year experience in a B2B Marketing role
Previous experience working in a marketing role with an online game provider will be considered a strong asset
Strong experience in online/offline marketing communication
Experience working with streamers/influencers
Experience working for, or together with, advertising and PR agencies
Familiar with best practice in advertising, direct response, media placement and sales promotion
An understanding of the creative process and work well towards deadlines
Driven, motivated and have a talent for multi-tasking
You know how to prioritize
You work well independently as well as a part of a team
You are proactive and always finish what you start
You are agile and enjoy working in an ever-changing environment
You have a great overview of things with an ability to detect details whilst also seeing the bigger picture
