What is expected of you? 

  • Conduct General clerical duties 
  • Support with office automation 
  • Minute taking and chasing of actions 
  • Handle office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies. 
  • Organize travel arrangements 
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner 
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports 
  • Maintain contact lists 
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients 

What are you expected to bring? 

  • A level standard of education 
  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience working in a busy office environment 
  • Conversant with Microsoft applications 
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work 
  • Sharp and attentive to details 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task 
  • Interest in marketing is considered an asset
