SITEOPS SUPPORT ENGINEER
The SiteOps Support Engineer will be part of a Network Operations Centre team, which is transitioning to a 24/7 service. Besides providing technical support to corporate customers, as part of this team our SiteOps Support Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the hosted systems and setting up new deployments for scope of the SiteOps responsibilities. They will also be actively involved in driving DevOps processes and maintaining that existing systems run smoothly, in collaboration between product management, software engineering, and operations.
Our systems are Java-based applications run in clusters of Tomcat application servers on Linux environments. We also have applications running and releasing microservices, running on Kubernetes containers.
Our SiteOps Support Engineer will bring a blend of technical and business knowledge to their role, along with great communication skills. They are a motivated team player who can see projects to completion, work independently, and assist fellow team members — even outside of their duties.
