Job Description

GRS are looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to join an international Asset Management company within their Compliance team based in Malta. You will be working with the Compliance and AML functions of the Company with respect to KYC/AML matters relating to onboarding and reviews of business relationships, payment approvals and will be encouraged to contribute to the review of AML/CFT policies and procedures along with supervision of compliance with the company’s policies and regulatory obligations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one years’ experience in KYC/AML and speak English to a Business Level.   • Assist the compliance function with compliance matters in general
  • Carry out due diligence, risk assessment and compliance checks
  • Assist the relevant departments with client on-boarding.
  • Undertake periodic reviews and risk assessments of existing client relationships and business
  • Conduct periodic reviews of client files, and maintain all relevant compliance registers and files in line with regulatory requirements
  • Assist the Compliance Function with the required reports, both internal and external
  • Ensure compliance within the company and other relevant regulations at all times


  • Minimum of one years’ experience in a KYC/AML role
  • Excellent level of English (other languages would be beneficial)
  • Ideally have previous experience within an Asset Management company
