Job Description
We are looking for an HR Clerk to join our client’s Human Resource department and assist in the daily administrative tasks. If you are looking to kick-start your career and have a flair for administrative tasks, Ceek would like to hear from you!
What is expected of you?
- Maintain electronic employee records
- Prepare and submit documents related with employment engagement, termination forms amongst others
- Assist with the dispatching of fully-licensed drivers
- Be the point of contact for employees when facing certain enquiries, such as change in uniforms
- Collect uniforms of resigned/terminated employees
- Maintain daily contact with employees
What are you expected to bring?
- Be confident and diplomatic
- Strong communication skills
- Sound knowledge of MS Office
- Flexibility, willingness to learn and ability to work on own initiative
- Be attentive to detail
- O’ level standard of education
- ECDL certification will be considered an asset
