What is expected of you?

  • Undertake application administration duties together with configuring and maintaining information systems
  • Implement effective software/solutions within the company using modern technologies
  • Write and interpret business reports and requirements documentation
  • Configure and maintain systems and processes
  • Administer business applications
  • Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and making recommendations to stakeholders
  • Develop test scripts and documents which may be automated or otherwise
  • Perform systems analysis whenever required
  • Assist in other tasks as directed by the Team Leader

What are you expected to bring?

  • An academic qualification in a relevant field of study at NQF Level 6
  • Analytics certification or equivalent would be considered an asset
  • A minimum of three 3 years’ working experience in the area of ICT or Business and Computing
  • Fluency in both written and oral English
