What is expected of you?
- Undertake application administration duties together with configuring and maintaining information systems
- Implement effective software/solutions within the company using modern technologies
- Write and interpret business reports and requirements documentation
- Configure and maintain systems and processes
- Administer business applications
- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and making recommendations to stakeholders
- Develop test scripts and documents which may be automated or otherwise
- Perform systems analysis whenever required
- Assist in other tasks as directed by the Team Leader
What are you expected to bring?
- An academic qualification in a relevant field of study at NQF Level 6
- Analytics certification or equivalent would be considered an asset
- A minimum of three 3 years’ working experience in the area of ICT or Business and Computing
- Fluency in both written and oral English
