Job Description

We are looking for a Romanian Call Centre Agent to join a department that strives for a first call resolution to each query. If you are passionate about Customer Service and enjoy the flexibility of working shifts, we want to hear from you.

What is expected of you?

  • Assist all customers – through inbound support and critical outbound campaigns.
  • Respond to incoming customer queries.
  • Ensure that all inbound contacts presented during shift are dealt with during the required SLA timeframes and manner.
  • Query resolution and customer service interactions executed with key focus on customer retention.
  • Ensure professional and quality communication with customers is maintained
  • Strive for ‘first-contact-resolution’ on all customer queries
  • Liaise with the Senior Support Agents/ Team Leaders/Floor Managers to hand over and manage customer escalations.
  • Monitor Internal Systems and inform the Floor Manager on duty if these are not operating or responding correctly.
  • Enhance and improve customer experience and relationships.
  • Operate as part of a team.
  • Correctly record all communication with our users/clients
  • Correctly escalate queries to other departments (should the need arise).

What are you expected to bring?

  • Native Romanian language skills
  • Extensive experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels of seniority
  • Customer Service diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in the online gambling industry will be considered an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Professional, honest and reliable
