SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - EINDHOVEN

About the position

You are a highly motivated leader with demonstrable power in project management, problem solving, and you have an intellectual curiosity to serve as a project manager in the Game Development and Integrations department. You have genuine respect for deadlines, and you are required to manage game creation projects, from idea to product development and from QA to launch. You will also manage tasks related to customer integration.

In this position you work in Eindhoven (the Netherlands) and work together with local and off-site creative and technical development teams, external suppliers / suppliers, local and off-site QA and regulatory teams and product development teams. You make project and program plans including schedules, risks and dependencies and you report accordingly to the management team.

 

YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS:

  • Drawing up and presenting project plans, including scoping and budgeting
  • Creating and maintaining high-level schedules for game productions, certifications and integrations
  • Managing the teams and dependencies to have the projects executed within time and budget
  • Creating a risk log and proactively managing risks
  • Maintaining communication between the different teams and stakeholders
  • Perform daily stand-ups
  • Be flexible and get things done.

 

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • To be familiar with current project management methodologies
  • Must be an experienced communicator (oral and written) with a track record of effective communication between teams
  • Strong relationship development and management skills
  • Excellent facilitator, able to stimulate the achievement of shared goals
  • Proactive risk manager who provides leadership risk assessment of potential risk issues
  • Excellent project performance management, analysis and reporting skills.
  • Motivation and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Must have strong analytical skills
  • Must be able to work independently and be team-oriented
  • Fluent with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project and MS PowerPoint / Keynote
  • Good command of English in speech and writing
  • Must have general technical and business knowledge to understand all factors that influence project planning, implementation and management
  • Being business-oriented.
