Job Description

Our client is looking to hire an experienced Casino Affiliate Manager to join their award-winning affiliate program and the team. The desired candidate has a commendable affiliate portfolio, is enjoying an excellent rapport with a number of well-established affiliates and a hands-on approach in identifying new affiliate partners, co-designing and promoting the brand's affiliate program and managing ongoing relationships with existing partners.

Responsibilities:

Manage, as part of a team, the company’s award-winning affiliate program and platform, including proposing affiliate promotions and initiatives
Identifying, researching, recruiting and activating new affiliates to maximise exposure opportunities
Ensuring that existing deals are efficiently structured and commercially viable
Planning and implementing new affiliate marketing strategies and innovative promotions for all target markets
Maintaining relationships, renegotiating deals and continuously optimizing the performance of affiliates
Implementing communication strategies to ensure affiliates are up to date with any new marketing initiatives and product launches
Monitor, carry out analysis and report on results of all campaigns, including weekly and monthly KPI reports, suggesting courses of action to correct any metrics required
Initialize, develop and maintain accurate and relevant affiliation reports of the programme to ensure efficient internal communication regarding the performance of the affiliate program
Carry out regular and extensive competitor analysis
Organising affiliate events and attending industry shows

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in affiliate management within online casino
Experience in working within UK market, plus a thorough understanding of other markets
Expert knowledge of affiliate reward models and tracking software
Existing active relationships with affiliates operating on UK market.
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Proven record of building affiliate network, experience in maintaining and strategically growing partnership
Effective interpersonal skills (good rapport building)
Self-driven individual with a positive, pro-active and hands-on attitude
Be able to support, teach and lead team members

Salary

Negotiable
