Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated, ambitious, positive minded individual to lead our Affiliate Marketing team.  We have a multi brand strategy with 5 different casinos, all of which are separate entities; so, it is vital that the candidate can deal with multiple marketing strategies and has a solid grasp of the differences between our main target markets.
The successful candidate will be tasked with acquiring new affiliates, maintaining relationships with existing affiliates, supporting senior account managers across all our brands and all the countries we operate in as well as leading a small team of Junior Affiliates of 3 members.
Key responsibilities:

  • Acquire and build relationships with new affiliates.
  • Monitor performance of and maintain existing affiliates.
  • Growth and cement relationships with affiliates.
  • Help create, plan and execute Affiliate Marketing acquisition campaigns.
  • Work closely with the marketing department.
  • Create tracking links and request marketing materials from the design team.
  • Fulfil department and personal KPI’s as delivered by management.
  • Being part of the management team.
  • Leading the team of Junior Affiliates which is composed by 3 members.
  • Doing reports for the management
  • Supervising every member to make sure everyone is performing, reaching the KPIs and the targets.

Candidates skills and experience:

  • Experience in the Igaming industry is required.  Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role as a Head of Affiliates
  • Leadership experience managing small teams at least.
  • Previous experience getting involved with management and decision makers.
  • Excellent leadhership and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for the iGaming industry, particularly casino.
  • A strong negotiator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Numerically minded when structuring, monitoring and analysing affiliate deals and performance.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • A solid grasp of marketing.
  • Highly motivated to achieve goals and strive for excellence.
  • Organised and able to keep focus and structure in a role which grants freedom.
  • Strong decision making skills.
  • Highly responsible.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suit, including word, excel, power point and outlook
  • English speaking with a second language would be considered a positive.
  • Excellent communication and teamworking skills, with a passion and drive to work in a small but efficient and highly successful team.
