We are looking for a Finance Senior Officer to join a global financial services third party administration specialist. If you have strong interpersonal skills with a sound knowledge of financial instruments. We want to hear from you.
What is expected of you?
- Assist with the preparation of client management accounts
- Assist with year-end audits and regulatory reporting
- Ensure financial control compliance and oversee all banking procedures
- Reconcile all cash movements to supporting documentation.
- Review monthly bank reconciliations.
- Lead and Supervise all Finance Officers and liaise with other client service providers
- Review and provide recommendations for Process Improvement
- Supervise and assist in process enhancements and implementation
- Provide general administrative services to client companies and assist with the preparation of client documentation and reporting
- Provide support to the management team with potential client presentations and new client implementation
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned
What are you expected to bring?
- Three (3) years’ experience working in Finance.
- Partially qualified accountant / have finance related qualifications
- Proficiency with MS Office applications with expert level in MS Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong Analytical skills
- Team player with strong people management skills
