Job Description

We’re currently searching for an ambitious HR Coordinator to join a booming iGaming start-up with offices based in central Sliema.

Job Description

  • Preparing employment contracts, addendums, training contracts and other documents
  • Creating and organizing employees personal files
  • Onboarding and offboarding
  • Managing payroll operations
  • Assisting in the recruitment process
  • Organising company events in collaboration with the office manager
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy


  • Proven working experience in Human Resources, preferably within iGaming industry
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Outgoing, warm personality and can-do attitude
  • Good knowledge of Maltese labor law
  • BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field would be considered as a plus
