Job Description

A fast-growing iGaming industry leader is now looking for a superstar Recruiter to join their HQ in Tallinn to support their massive growth. In this role you will be on a very important mission: to source, identify and recruit the best type of talent out there to join  the amazing teams in the company’s three offices. Although the role is based in the HQ in Tallinn, at times P&O as well as Recruiting Managers situated in Sweden and Malta should be supported with recruitment activities as well.


  • Collaborating with the recruiting Managers to map the profile of the searched role (together with what tests, stages of the recruitment are expected to be conducted as well as who else is involved in the process), as well as draft recruitment ads;
  • Publishing vacancy ads in relevant channels aiming the target group in question;
  • Sourcing candidates via relevant on-and off-line channels;
  • Screening resumes and applications and updating candidates on the recruitment process;
  • Pre-vetting interviews with potentials to get the initial feel of the cultural fit for the company;
  • Reporting to the recruiting Managers and P&O on the status of open positions;
  • Evaluation of candidates based on initial pre-vetting interviews and based on decision to put them forward for a second round interview, provide also a sum up on a candidate with insights/comments to the Recruiting Manager;
  • Efficient and effective co-operation with headhunters and recruiters to ensure they have a clear understanding of the professional as well as person best suited for the team;
  • Participating in job fairs and relevant projects to promote the Employer branding as well as organisation as a whole;
  • Support with the recruits´ onboarding process.


  • Minimum 2 years of proven track record of relevant work experience (international recruitment). Having experience in iGaming/tech is an advantage;
  • Solid understanding of a full-cycle recruiting;
  • Experience in a variety of inetrview as well as candidate evaluation formats (via phone, structured, groups; also conducting relevant tests etc);
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (recruitment systems) and resume databases;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (high level of English)
  • A real people person who has a high sense of empathy, ability to just get people, and inspire them;
  • Super administrative skills who is great at managing processes-procedures and correspondence with relevant stakeholders alike (whilst always ensuring the highest quality in a timely manner is guaranteed).
