Are you a Superstar Business Development Manager looking to join a fast-growing international start-up?

This is a brilliant opportunity for a BDM with previous iGaming experience to take the next step in their career by spear heading Magic Mondayz new Business Development project.

We are looking for someone who loves sales, is extremely passionate about developing great relationships and who won’t be afraid to come into the business and take the full responsibility of the business development strategy.

The role

  • Generating new leads with the aim of creating more sales.
  • Developing and delivering sales, business and growth strategies alongside the Directors
  • Cold calling new potential clients.
  • Building strong commercial and long-term relationships.
  • Representing Magic Mondayz at numerous client meetings, industry conferences and networking events.
  • Understanding client requirements at both a strategic and tactical level to be able to offer best business solutions.
  • Scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering presentation to the clients, having researched their business and requirements.
  • Managing client expectations, negotiating terms of engagement and ensure account success.
  • Working hand-in-hand with the perm recruitment team to identify potential vacancies.
  • Pitching and presenting at boardroom level to directors/hiring managers or HR professionals.
  • Constantly developing our service.
  • Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meeting all client needs appropriate to their business.

  • Proven work experience as a Sales and business development Manager
  • Passion for sales and recruitment
  • Good understanding of the iGaming industry
  • Outgoing, bubbly personality with the ability to make small talk any time of the day and in every situation
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Recruitment agency background will be considered as a big plus
