We are looking for a Junior Office Assistant to join one of the fastest growing igaming companies in Malta.
What you’ll be doing
The person would organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role will need you to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.
Your responsibilities will include scheduling meetings and appointments, making office supplies arrangements, greeting visitors, organizing travel arrangements, providing general administrative support to our employees, and supporting the HR manager.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.
This will start as a contractor position, and has the potential to move to a full-time employment as you prove yourself. Given the hands on nature of this position, this is a great way to gain work experience at a rapidly growing successful Gaming company. An amazing opportunity to get your feet in the Gaming world!
