Job Description

Greeting visitors and dealing with incoming calls
Handling of incoming / outgoing mail including courier services
Assist with travel logistics including booking of flights, accommodation and taxis and keep updated records and reports thereof
Coordinate and develop our paperless office project. Actively archiving documents, creating and maintaining a log, as well as organizing logistics with our storage provider.
Assist with ordering of stationery supplies and office amenities
Coordinating desk set-up of new employees
Scheduling and coordinating internal and external meetings and supporting company social and training events
Assist with updating of sick records and attendance reports
Any additional ad-hoc duties and errands as assigned by management.

Requirements include:
Previous experience in a similar role within the corporate environment
Have an excellent command of written and spoken English with professional telephone manners
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Google calendar
Have a minimum A’ level standard of education
Have great attention to detail and being highly organized and proactive
Capable of working on their own initiative whilst being a dedicated team player and having a pleasant demeanor
Previous experience in corporate travel or a related field will be considered an asset
