We are currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our Client. As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the voice of the brand and create personalized, engaging experiences for our client´s customer.
You will be responsible to provide Customer Support on behalf of the Company’s Client who is a trusted community marketplace for people to list, discover, and book unique accommodation around the world — online.
Providing Support via email and phone while dealing with any complaints
As the associate, you will be transforming customer support queries in unique experiences.
You will work with the latest customer care technologies from our multinational brands, being part of something big!
Proficient in Spanish (C2)
Advanced level of English
Outstanding people skills with a passion to help others
Experience in the tourism area (preferential)
For non-EU applicants, a valid work permit is required
