Our client is looking for Italian Customer Service agent to support their client who is an International flying company where flying means a true pleasure. You will develop valuable skills and knowledge in the travel industry.
As the associate, you will be transforming customer support queries in unique experiences.
You will work with the latest customer care technologies from our multinational brands, being part of something Big!
You will provide information and answer queries via email and phone
Proficient in Italian (C2)
Advanced level of English
Outstanding people skills with a passion to help others
Able to pick up new technology quickly
Experienced in travel software platforms is preferential (e.g Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre or Worldspan)
For non-EU applicants, a valid work permit is required
