Job Description

The Administrative Officer provides support in a manner that conforms with the needs, policies, and procedures of the Collections Department of the client. The job entails day-to-day duties including dealing with data files, reporting, assisting with technical issues and communicating with external partners.


To provide specialist support to the company’s collection departments of various countries
Communicating with external collection agencies
Preparing different files and ensuring timely file exchange between bank and partners
Administering (reviewing, verifying and maintaining) different office documents such as post, invoices, reports and other administrative records
Organising customer files, processing customer data, sending sms/emails/letters to customers according to templates
Printing and checking invoices
to assist the manager with ad-hoc reports and other tasks as is required


Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and good organization
Ability to learn new information quickly and to adapt easily to change
Ability to find, type and process data fast and accurately
Very good knowledge of excel and word
English level C1 or higher
Ability to use office appliances such as photocopier, printers, fax etc.
Reliable, dependable and honest
Positive attitude
