What is expected of you?
- Support existing and new customers by requesting and checking relevant documentation, set up new accounts and keep applicants informed of the status of the account opening
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails and secure messages
- Handle customer enquiries, manage and resolve customer complaints, escalate technical issues and provide customers with products and services information
- Update customer information, check customer details and accounts through the Bank’s systems
- Support the Bank’s marketing and commercial plan by promoting Bank’s products
- Collect customer suggestions and feedback
What are you expected to bring?
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Dutch and English)
- Meticulous and business minded
- Willing to work flexible hours
- Basic knowledge of banking and financial services and experience in customer care would be considered an asset
