Job Description
Our client is looking to recruit a full time, organised and meticulous Administrator who is capable of working on his/her own initiative.
What is expected of you?
- Provide general secretarial and administrative duties to support the team;
- Assist in the handling of logistics for high profile events
- Preparation of papers for meetings and to record minutes, during meetings with visitors;
- Managing incoming and outgoing of mail, drafting business correspondence;
- Handling of filing, archiving and scheduling and coordinating meetings;
- Handling of telephone calls and record keeping;
- Any adhoc duties which might arise from time to time.
What you are expected to bring:
- Diploma;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- A strong business acumen and work comfortably at promoting good corporate governance;
- Strong analytical, trouble shooting and problem solving skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast paced, high demand environment;
- Ability to multi task;
- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team.
- Excellent command of the English language, other language skills will be considered an asset;
